SynFutures V3 Updates and Upcoming Features

Optimizing our decentralized derivatives trading protocol is a continuous process. Since V3 launched on February 29, 2024, we’ve made several changes, including significant updates, new features, and minor improvements, to provide a more robust yet streamlined version.

V3.11.0 — October 3, 2024

Features

Redesigned Market Page: Our newly redesigned Market page allows users to view multiple network pairs simultaneously! This update integrates the previous earn list data, making it easier for users to trade and add liquidity from a single, streamlined list.
Streamlined Futures Page: We’ve revamped the Futures page to combine the trade and add liquidity options into one convenient entry point. This change simplifies the process, reducing the steps needed to add liquidity.
Revamped Odyssey Page to All-in-One Odyssey Page: The page has been updated so users can see all campaign information in one place.
New UI Design: Enjoy a fresh and vibrant user interface! We’ve moved away from the darker tones of the past and introduced a bright color palette, adding fun meme elements for a lively and engaging visual experience.

Features

Added the “Cross Market” mode for limit orders, which allows users to place limit orders beyond the fair price.
Introduced the “scaled limit” function, which enables users to place up to 9 limit orders in a single batch within a specific price range.

Optimization and Improvement

Optimized the bulk cancellation of limit orders — clicking the bulk cancel button now automatically selects all open orders.
Added the functionality for users to cancel all limit orders at once.
When opening the dapp via a referral link, a network selection prompt has been added.
Adjusted the maximum height of the Odyssey leaderboard.

Bug Fixes

Resolved the issue with the abnormal border effect of the perpetual tab on the market page.

V3.10.2—July 9, 2024

Features

Added the functionality to adjust trading margin through “amount” in Market Trading.
Added the functionality for users to share positions and P&L info on social media.
Added the functionality to automatically fill in a reverse limit order by clicking the position value of an open position.

Optimization and Improvement

Added a warning for blacklisted users attempting to withdraw or deposit funds.
Optimized the add liquidity failed prompt when trying to add multiple liquidity within one price range.
Added a warning popup when users add the narrowest liquidity range on the Earn page.
The Trade size input field now supports entering multiple 0s to easily modify the first digit.
Rearranged the slider step values for markets with 3% IMR to make the leverage options more intuitive for users.
Added an update so the limit price automatically updates to the nearest available price when the fair price changes.
Adjusted the Earn range slider step size to have smaller increments for the first 10 values.
Added tooltip explanations for the “Margin” field in the Position information.
Added a warning when limit order margin is based on mark price.
Added a notification for fee discounts for specific pairs.
Optimized the display of minimum position opening amount in USD and minimum Margin.
Added risk warnings and documentation links for meme pairs.

Bug Fixes

Resolved the issue with the button hover effect on the select network dropdown in light mode.
Fixed the problem where consecutive open/close of leverage switch with full close size would reset leverage to 0.1 and prevent position simulation.
Addressed the abnormal position simulation when leverage is disabled with large trade size in Market Trading.
Ensured a warning is provided when trying to add a liquidity range that already exists after removing liquidity.
Corrected the issue where position simulation continued to be displayed after fully closing a position.

V3.8.8 — May 20, 2024

Added support for the Trust Wallet.

Optimization and Improvement

Added total P&L and total volume to the Portfolio Overview.
Added statistics for Value/P&L/Volume based on the quote in the Portfolio Overview.
Moved the SynFutures points tip to the top of the Market banner, Trade, and Earn pages.
Standardized the decimal places for Blast points & Blast Gold to 2 decimal places.

Bug Fixes

Addressed: After successfully canceling an order, the available margin was updated but still showed “insufficient margin,” requiring a tab switch and re-calculation to resolve.
Addressed: Occasionally, orders would still show as placed on the same tick even after being canceled, requiring a page refresh to restore normal behavior.
Addressed: The search box on the Earn secondary page would display incorrectly when switching pairs with a banner message at the top.
Addressed: “Verify failed” issues were occurring during spin activities.

V3.8.6 — April 28, 2024

Major Updates

The Portfolio page layout was updated.
The Earn-related functions were added to the mobile terminal.
Users can see an enhanced data range in the Depth Chart and view their funding history in a single chart.
Users can view their positions, open orders, and liquidity in one place.
Users can customize their PnL displays to reflect Mark Price or Fair Price.
The Trade and Earn sections now list additional information, including TVL.
Other updates have been added to improve the overall user experience on V3.

New Features

LPs can now add liquidity via the mobile dapp. Go to “Earn” to start LPing.
Renzo ezETH-related points and tips tags were added.
Users can now easily export and view their trading history as a .csv file.

Optimization and Improvement

The leverage and oracle icons were updated to be consistent with the market, excluding active icons, after the pair column symbol.
The row height of all tables was updated to 40px.
The “$” sign in the vertical axis scale of the earn-Volume chart when USDB is quoted was removed.
The info tab content layout was unified in Trade and Earn Pages.
The fill field in the order list was updated to not exceed the maximum size value.
The Blast Gold description text and pictures were replaced.
The order list data was optimized.

Bug Fixes

The UI seen when the user exits an Open Order and clicks ‘Bulk Cancel’ was updated to resize correctly once.
The style of the transfer in/transfer out button was updated.
The interface calculation displayed after a position is 100% closed was updated.
The close position trial calculation box collapse/expand function in the mobile version of the dapp was disabled.
In the info section of the converted contract of the mobile dapp, the minimum trade volume unit was updated to WETH.
The ‘Create Pool’ button color was updated.

V3.8.5 — April 19, 2024

Major Updates

A zoom function was added to the Depth map and D3 was used to optimize performance.

New Features

Three new ‘Learn More’ jumps were added.
The Info section now displays the token address.
The info tab is none displayed when no K-line data is on the trade page.
The Balance pop-up window and Portfolio page quotes are sorted according to the configuration.
Customized stablecoin points calculations were introduced.
‘Total Users’ changed to ‘On-chain Users’ in the O_O leaderboard.
Cumulative Trading Volume display and style optimization were added to the O_O leaderboard.
The O_O Leaderboard now displays points from multiple periods.

Optimization and Improvement

The page data loading time when opening the dapp for the first time was optimized.
The delisted pairs list was updated.
The limit order margin calculations were optimized.
The copy of the range price tool tips in the Liquidity diagram was updated.
The formula for calculating the proportion of Unrealized PnL to the current margin was optimized.
Viewing O_O points in cosplay mode is now activated.
The Transform in/out button style was modified.
The copy in the O_O Points time section was updated.
The Numerical TBMK format in the Info page was optimized.
The SDK was updated to shorten the publishing process from the front end to base/quote info.

Bug Fixes

Issues with closing trading positions in the mobile version were addressed.
The missing K-line at the 1 min level was addressed.
The close position issue was addressed.
The issue with the price line disappearing on the K-line chart was addressed.
The TGP Lucky Draw Arrow UI issue was updated.

V3.8.45 — April 12, 2024

New Features

In the Trade/Portfolio page, the unrealized PnL can be calculated using Mark or fair prices.
A Community Token Add Alert prompt was added in the Earn List, Add Liquidity, and Trade sections.
The export function and limit data options were optimized to cover up to one month.
Unified inversion display community pairs were unified.

Bug Fixes

The price chart for the USDC/USDB pair was updated to be consistent with the price listed in the order book.
The Data section in the History page in the mobile version was corrected.

V3.8.44 — April 10, 2024

The UI under Odyssey > Earn Points > Connect Wallet was modified.
A Deposit banner was added to the Market page
The new SDK front-end quote configuration was implemented.

New Features

The TVL numerical display was added to the Info page.
The Earn and Trade pages now offers mutual jump connections in the same pair.

Optimization and Improvement

Under the Portfolio page, when the liquidity list is empty, an ‘Earn Now’ prompt will point to the Earn page.
The Portfolio page liquidity tab was added to the fair price column.
The corner mark break issue was addressed.

Bug Fixes

The ‘Earn O_O Points’ label was vertically aligned.
The style in the mobile dapp version was updated.
The style of “Funding” was updated.
The .CSV export button position was turned off.

Issues with the 13-inch screen layout were addressed.

VIP-trade: If the current pair has a position, the leverage option is turned off by default, and the control title is changed from “Leverage” to “Adjust Margin by Leverage.”
VIP-Position card: Increases quote value.
VIP: Combined account balance and wallet balance into the available margin and added a breakdown explanation
VIP feedback optimization Part II: Pair info top pull-through (including Trade and Earn)
VIP-calculate: Realized PnL according to trade price

The trade-index price directly takes the original data.
Rewards Banner Upgrade
The O_O points card under the existing Trade and Earn pages was updated and now displays the rules.
Unrealized Social Loss display
Both the web and mobile versions of the app now display ‘Unrealized Social Loss’ and the corresponding tooltip.
Funding related optimization
The funding received by the recipient was added; the tooltip displays Funding in the past 1H.
The mobile terminal scrolls to display funding and other information.

Optimization and Improvement

Enter .5 in the input box
A 1-minute candlestick was added to a chart.
The order book loading option was optimized.
The pair data loading option was optimized.
The Leverage part under Trade was changed to reflect that if the current pair has a position, the ‘Leverage’ displays ‘Adjust Margin by Leverage.’

The contract Long/Short OI display issue was resolved.
